i would go at delta house because it looks like a party house. We can hear music, things are being thrown everywere. The frontyard is disgusting, we can perceive trashcans and rubbish on the grass. People are drinking and smoking in all the house, and they are playing for money. This frat looks just awesome.
I don't think so ... for me it's a very strange frat : the party takes place in a badly-kept house. There are some dustbins everywhere and a burnt front wall. Even inside the house, the dirty floor is a proof of an unkept interior. Futhermore we can observe a very easy going atmosphere : everyone smoking, drinking ans playing for money. In my mind I absolutely never want to be part of the delta house.
I agree with Jeff. I would enjoy best Delta house because I think it's funnier to do party there. There is waste everywhere, it's really ugly...Everyone looks stuffed (so cool !), all is unkept and dirty. They even play poker for money, I just love that ! In Omega house, guys look so uptight ! That why I would go at Delta house.
I am agree with Valentin because i don't like this kind of party with rubbish everywhere, smoke, badly-mannered boy and money games! The Delta frat house is very domage and bad!! I prefer to attend to the Omega party and to be a member of this fraternity! Everything are more luxurious with carpets, paintings, waiters... The house is a very beautiful white building and it more attractive than the other frat house!! And finally the comportement of the member of Omega house is more polite than the Delta members comportements!
I agree with Valentin, Delta House looks very strange with its front yard badly-kept, all the trash cans that are full and the broken model. Inside, the floor is very dirty and there are a lot of people. They all look very relaxed, there are drinking, smocking and chatting. I wouldn't like to be in this frat because it's not the ambiance and the type of party that I like and the people look too strange and impolite for me.
I totaly disagree with Jeff and Felix but I agree with Valentin. The delta House is really dirty and I think it's disgusting. The front of the house, the garden, the floor, the wall... everything is unclean. Even people are dirty, they play poker for money, they break things without paying attention, they have bad manners. They have simply bad education. And it isn't the kind of people what I frequent. And it's the same for the omega fraternities. The people are so strict. The ambience is so luxurious and I dislike this kind of people. So I want to be part of any fraternities.

I really side with Anaëlle on this one... Jeff and Felix are, from my point of view, a little bit crazy to imagine that such a place could be "cool" and not just a spot to find futur complications, headaches...and instantaneous predicament. Nonetheless, if Omega's house is, as Eugenie expressed, wealthy and luxurious, it is a good thing to be white men over there : it is obviously a racist and a sexist area where ostracism strikes minorities and disabled people. To wind up, if I was constrained to enter into one of those frats, I'd rather choose the dirtiness of delta's house than the disdain Omega's house cultivates; but none of them attracts me.
I understand that Camille, Eugénie and Valentin can be afraid by the dirtiness and the behavior of the people in the Delta house, but I would rather go to a party where people are outgoing and willing to chat, than go to a party where people judge you by the clothes you are wearing and tend to stay in little groups. It is true that the state of the place where the party is going on is quite awful, but why would you care about it if it's not yours. You and your frat are just using it to organise parties right? In conclusion, I would say I wouldn't mind being a member of the Delta frat, so I agree with Jeff and Felix on this one.
I think this frat is better than the other because the atmosphere is more relaxed. I join jeff because there is no strict rule for clothes. It's funnier to do a party in this house because people are cool but I'm also agree with Anaele because the floor is dusty and there are trash in front of the house. I actually cannot understand how Henri, for example, can find a frat where objects as bottles are often thrown in the house and where these objects always can hit you cool ! So I would rather go in Omega's house to party because it is really safer than Delta's house, even if I really cannot stand excluding people for their origins, the way they look or their skin color : that is discrimination !
I disagree with those who think Delta house isn't a good fraternity because there's a lot of rubbish or trashcans (Julien for example). In my opinion, when you are in Delta house, you just laugh everytime, you meet people completely crazy (and I like that) who don't care about their dress style and just want to enjoy each moment of their life, doing party like that for exemple. I think you can not have fun in Omega House, everything is too "strict" and these people are "snobs", racists and they think they are the bests... I can't bear that kind of people, I prefer those one who appreciate you for what you are, and I suppose that people on Delta house are like this. I choose Delta house, without hesitation! People seem to have fun, they relax, play, drink... They don’t care about people who judge them and just want to enjoy their life. They are all badly dressed, smoke, and there’s a cheerful, they laugh and people look completely crazy! And, in Omega house, they all seem deadly boring, extremely well-behaved, they think they are the best... They are very well-dressed, with nice hair, and don’t pay attention on people that they judge "inferior" to them, they are racists, and I don’t understand this state of mind. I could not bear to be in this fraternity, Delta house is much better, even if someone will say that people there are very vulgar, but me, I find it more fun.

Just imagine, you can do whatever you want: the next day everyone will have forgotten about what happens this day. This is why I also disagree with Julie, which permits to criticize the Delta House without any argument. My choice is the Delta House, because it's definetely way cooler than the Omega House which looks shabby and tiresome.

I agree with toscane and jeremy, the Delta house looks like very an asylum of crazy men but the atmosphere is more relaxed and funnier than the Beta house. The Beta house is composed of stupid "Prep" who judge the other. I think in a frat you suppose to accept all differences. I agree with julian but, I think the concept of a party is to deliver of the daily troubles. So i prefer the delta house it's maybe a little more rubbish but we distinguish that guys in the party are really more intrested and happy. While in the Omega house's party their is a form of jugment, of worldliness that creat a bad atmosphere of relationship and the population of beloved son. All in all their is a rubbish bar on the lower grownd-floor but the party is shady and I think it's surely a realy good one.
I have to agree with Valentin and Jeff at the same time : on one hand, we can see that people are having lots of fun, and I agree with Adrian who said that "the concept of a party is to deliver of the daily troubles". They are all happy, they don't seem to judge as much as the Omega house, anybody seems to be able to join this frat. On the other hand, this type of unkept and shabby fraternity couldn't be of a huge help when it comes to studies and good relationships with people for futur jobs, whereas Omega house might provide more help for college. And in Omega house, there is a very relaxed and easy-going atmosphere and everybody are smart. To end, Omega house give a very well help for integration in college.
